A bit about me.
I started in enterprise technology: Hewlett-Packard, then Siemens in London on the BBC account. Systems built to be reliable, with proper process before anything reached production. That's still how I work.
Then I spent 15 years running my own businesses in photography, education and digital marketing. Today I run my own businesses on an AI setup I built myself. And now I teach this system to empower business owners to take control of their business using AI.
Everything here runs on one AI setup.
My business runs on an AI agent operating system. In plain terms, that's mainly Claude Code, plus Hermes, Grok and Codex, and a set of files telling the agents how I work, who the clients are, and what has already been decided. The agents write and build alongside me, and they hold the detail so nothing gets lost between jobs.
That's how one person covers the marketing and the software for a business and still keeps up. The same setup is what I now teach business owners to build for themselves, which is the course below.

The Claude Code Course is half a day on Zoom with me, two seats at most. We install Claude Code on your machine, build your own agent operating system for your business, and put your first custom app on top of that system while you drive. Note: you can use any coding agent for this course, not just Claude.
You finish with a partner that carries your whole business in its head. It remembers every client and note, writes in your voice, reads your numbers, and builds what you ask for. It runs on your own machine, your first app is working, and you have enough of the method to build the next one without me.
The course is not about how to use Claude Code. Anyone can learn the tool at any moment; this course is about what you do with it. It's written for the owner who has never thought of themselves as a tech person. No coding experience needed, and I'm on the screen with you the whole way through. If you've never opened a Terminal window before, that's where we start. For the two weeks after the session you can message me on WhatsApp with whatever comes up once you're using it.
