The first phase is the deep session. Length depends on the complexity of your situation, anywhere from two hours to half a day. It covers the three moves worth making first, in order, an honest read on what you're currently spending on tools, and workflow recommendations grounded in production use. The written roadmap comes out of that session.
Then the access runs for 30 days. When your team hits a wall, when a vendor pitches you something, when a decision needs making mid-execution, you message me and get an answer.
Also included: a 30-day execution roadmap written for your specific situation, a team capability audit covering whether your people can do this work or whether you need to hire, and named vendor recommendations with the reasoning behind each one.

The background is enterprise tech - Hewlett-Packard, then Siemens in London. Rock-solid systems built to last. At HP the standard OS version was always the latest minus one, intentionally, because that was the most reliable. That discipline stuck.
Then 15 years running my own businesses - photography, education, marketing, web, SEO. I've sat where you're sitting.
